WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE COURSE?

The purpose of the course is to gather students from different universities and educational backgrounds, and work hands-on and action-oriented with the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). The focus of the course will be to work with the SDGs in a multidisciplinary context, hence the course include both scientific, economic, sociological and political aspects.

What is “Achieving the SDGs: Environmental Sustainability for Organizations” about?

Achieving the SDGs: Environmental Sustainability for Organizations focuses on how environmental and climate sustainability can be created. Many companies and organizations are good at talking about sustainability and zero CO2 emission in 2050, but do not put action and facts behind their approach to environment and climate. This subject is based on a nuanced and scientific insight into climate and environment, and relates this to how companies and organizations can integrate their operations with environmental and climate concerns. Who can apply for the course?

The course is offered at the master's level, and it is therefore required that you are studying a master's degree in a university. The course is not just for CBS students, and you are you studying at KU, SDU, RU, DTU, AAU ITU or a third, you also have the opportunity to participate. IMPORTANT: There is no maximum participants for the course - all who apply will be admitted

I study at CBS, when can i apply?

Who it Thinktank Frej?

Thinking tank Frej is Denmark's first and only independent food political think tank. Frej nuances and qualifies the Danish food debate and thus brings together the food producers- and consumers. We run as a non-profit organization and consist of over 60 volunteers in Copenhagen and Aarhus.

What will the Think Tank Fre's role in the course be?

Frej will be associated with the courses as external lecturers. It is intended that Frej, in cooperation with companies, politicians, NGOs and interest organizations, will facilitate joint workshops for the course.
